Poolora is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@poolora.co.

When you place an order, the store may receive your name, contact details, billing and delivery details, selected products, order value and order status.

When you contact us, we receive the details you include in the message. Basic technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps and request logs may be processed to operate and secure the website.

If you allow optional analytics, Meta Pixel and OpenPanel may receive page, product and interaction events together with basic browser information. We do not intentionally include your name, email address or delivery address in those event parameters.

Order data is used to accept payment, prepare delivery, provide status updates, handle returns and meet accounting or consumer-law obligations.

Messages are used to answer questions, manage requests and protect legal claims. Technical logs support security, error diagnosis and reliable delivery of the website.

Optional analytics are used only with consent to understand store usage and campaign performance. Declining or withdrawing consent does not prevent normal use of the website.

Depending on the service used, data may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, email or customer-support services, professional advisers and technical support providers.

If optional analytics are enabled, relevant event data may also be processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and OpenPanel.

Some service providers may process information outside your country or region. Their privacy documents explain the locations, safeguards and transfer mechanisms used for their services.

Order and accounting information is kept for the period needed to complete the contract and meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection and limitation-period requirements.

Return, product-issue and correspondence records are kept until the matter is closed and for any relevant claim period. Consent-only data is no longer used for that purpose after consent is withdrawn unless another lawful basis applies.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or a copy of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing and withdraw consent for future analytics.

Poolora stores the optional analytics choice in localStorage so the banner does not reappear on every page. Optional Meta Pixel and OpenPanel scripts are not enabled before consent.

You can change the choice on the cookie settings page or remove website data in your browser.

The website and external checkout use encrypted HTTPS connections. Security also depends on the systems of service providers and the user’s own device.

Never send passwords or full payment-card details by email.

We may update this policy when store features, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date appear on this page.
